The help desk supports both Windows and Linux operating systems with supported software. ALL CASES OF ASSISTANCE MENTIONED MUST BE DOCUMENTED IN ENGLISH. Accompanying documents, screenshots or error messages should be translated if they are relevant to the case. The items described below in the “Supported Software” section of this document include software currently supported by Assimil8 Limited in this Agreement and do not include any new software that may be purchased in the future with respect to the IBM Business Intelligence infrastructure, environment, or solution. Any incoming request related to software not listed below is not a priority for the solution. Ibm Cognos Software License, including 12 months of support and subscription from the effective date of this Agreement for the software listed on the purchase order. End users typically purchase their IBM software licenses and services under a Passport Advantage (PA) agreement, which may also be the case for you if you use IBM software. But do you have a clear understanding of what this agreement is? Do you understand the implications? Do you understand what you need to know to effectively manage your software licenses? Typically, the information you need to manage your IBM compliance desktop is in different locations, so do you know what kind of other sources of information should be considered? Statistics show that end users are advised to outsource their IBM software license management activities. “IBM Quantum” means and may include real quantum systems and the hardware, software and web applications necessary for their use. IBM Quantum may include, but is not limited to, (i) application programming interfaces (“APIs”), (ii) graphical user interfaces (“GUIs”) (iii) quantum software development kits (“SDKs”), (iv) quantum simulators and emulators, (v) quantum inputs, (vi) applications to manage access to IBM Quantum, (vii) applications to leverage IBM Quantum resources, (viii) applications for running programs on quantum computers and (ix) related web pages. The purpose of the Program Services is to perform the functions necessary for Licensee to (a) provide assistance in troubleshooting, including remote and on-site support, (b) provide technical expertise regarding the use of standard software and solutions.

By accepting this Agreement on the IBM Quantum Websites, you agree to (i) the terms of this Agreement, which may be amended from time to time as set forth below and subject to the “Applicability” terms set forth in Section 1.1 below, (ii) understand that you are entering into a binding legal agreement, and (iii) are at least 18 years of age. 4.1 Open Source Warranty. Licensor hereby warrants to you that the Software as provided by Licensor does not contain any Software licensed under any agreement that requires you to use the Software itself or any other software incorporated, derived or distributed with the Software (each, an “OSS Program”): (a) source code, provide object code or design information related to an OSS program; (b) grant permission to create modifications or derivative works of an OSS program; or (c) grant royalty-free licenses under your intellectual property rights in and to an OSS program. Licensor further represents and warrants that it will not integrate any OSS Program into any version of the Software that is inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement via update or otherwise. The Program is owned or licensed by IBM or an IBM vendor and is copyrighted, not sold. Licensee obtains a license for Assimil8 Limited`s programs through a sublicense agreement between IBM and Assimil8 Limited. Assimil8 Limited grants Licensee a non-exclusive license to this Agreement, which includes license information and proof of eligibility and constitutes the entire agreement between Licensee and Assimil8 Limited with respect to the use of the Program.
It supersedes all prior oral or written communications between Licensee and Assimil8 Limited regarding Licensee`s use of the Program. This Agreement or any part thereof may change from time to time as IBM requires Assimil8 Limited to comply with all terms and conditions set forth by IBM with respect to the Programs and the business partner relationship between IBM and Assimil8 Limited. .
